Landing Community Services
Condominium Services are designed to help residents
manage their home and provide safety and security.
Residents comprise the Council of Unit Owners and vote
for the resident board members. Various committees (landscaping,
food service, event planning, finance, volunteer, decorating,
library, architectural review, hospitality, etc.) contribute
to the smooth functioning of the campus. Resident input
is valued at Mallard Landing.
The following services
are included in your mandatory monthly fee:
- Lawn care,
landscaping, fertilizing, snow and ice removal from
sidewalks and porches, street sweeping, pond maintenance,
and general outside repairs
- Condominium apartment
building common area maintenance and housekeeping
- Condominium
apartment building trash removal and recycling
- Insurance
coverage for condominium (Coverage needed on personal
property)
- Pest control
- Power washing exteriors of condominium
apartment building and cottages
Basic Services includes:
- Concierge and administrative service assistance
for your various needs Need a letter typed? Copies
made? Want to send a fax? Have a question? We'll
help!
- Dining room privileges in the Clubhouse which
includes the Main Dining Room, the private dining
room, and the Pub for lunch
- Access to Beauty/Barber Shop
- Access to in-home maintenance and housekeeping
Community Services are designed to help residents
maintain their independent lifestyle today and provide
a gateway to additional services that may be desired
tomorrow. These services provide an array of social
activities and assistance to improve one's health and
social being.
- Use of Clubhouse, including pub bar and
lounge, fitness center, chapel, gift shop, book, audio
and video library, computers with internet access, activities
room and game room
- Regularly scheduled activities and clubs such
as arts and crafts, needlework, game nights, bingo,
bridge, poker, art classes and much more
- Seminars on current events and many other topics
of interest such as long term care insurances, financial
planning, health issues, and wellness
- Special musical entertainment and events such
as the annual Art Festival, musical concerts, community
plays, and much, much more
- Regular birthday and anniversary celebrations,
as well as seasonal and holiday parties
- Trips to local entertainment and events, such
as concerts, museums, shows, etc.
