It is our goal to keep senior living monthly fees low while still offering services that align with the goal of providing a community that contributes to a healthy, low stress, service-oriented lifestyle. Therefore, the following monthly fees apply:

Community Services fees: $805 per month for a single resident, $241 per month for the second residence. This fee includes most items mentioned on the Community Services page. Fifty percent of the Community Services fee is waived during periods of extended absences or vacancy.

Dining Services fees: $170 a month/per person minimum required. Lunch is served in the Pub six days a week or can be ordered for take out with lite fare ranging from $5 to $8. Dinner is available in the dining room five days a week with entrees ranging from $10 to $15 each.

Condominium fees: Ranges from $115 to $304 depending on the size of your condominium or cottage.
