Comparing us to other types of retirement living, such as Continiuing Care Retirement Communities(CCRC), is like comparing apples to oranges. We offer the same services and amenities, including assisted living (at Lakeside Assisted Living community located on the same campus). However, we don't charge any entrance fees and you own your home. This means that, unlike a CCRC, you may choose to move anytime you like with no penalties. Also, you make the decision to move to an assisted living community of your choice when it's right for you. In addition, we do not require any kind of financial or health care requirements that must be met in order for you to live at Mallard Landing.
